Because you asked for budget grinder for pour over, I’d recommend you get an Ode 1 (found in the $100-150 range brand new) and maybe upgrade to Gen 2 burrs or SSP burrs down the line. More on reddit.com

Baratza Encore is the best in class in that price range and price point. I'd recommend that, you will find good and bad review at both ends of the scale, it's still the best entry level grinder at that price range, and Baratza is a decent company with good support.
