Hi all, I recently had both of my standard Xbox Series X controllers die in different ways. (Stick drift and dull inputs on bumpers.)
I’m looking to upgrade to a premium controller. I’ve had my eyes on the GameSir Super Nova, Xbox Elite Series 2, Razer Wolverine V3 Pro, etc.
Information:
Able to spend up to ~$200 USD.
Located in the USA.
Need compatibility with the Xbox Series X.
Desired features:
Wireless.
Hall effect sticks and triggers.
Longevity and durability.
Similar shape to the standard Xbox Series X controller.
Premium feel or weight, metal pieces, etc. is a big plus.
I mostly play competitive shooters and sports games.

Is there any controllers that work for Xbox that have hall effect analog sticks that are actually good and work? Mine usually drift after two or three months and I have to replace them.
I'm sick of buying controllers because of stick drift.
I know there are plenty of wireless Hall effect Xbox controllers, but I want a controller that’s basically just the official Xbox series S/X controller but with Hall effect sticks. I love the look and feel of the official Xbox controllers but they keep getting stick drift. I know that I can mod an official one but I don’t wanna have to go through the hassle of that. Does anyone have any suggestions? I’m in USA, and my budget is 150$ max. I don’t play many competitive games so I don’t care that much about latency. I’ve been considering some Power A controllers.
As the title suggest, I am looking to buy a hall effect controller that has a good polling rate. I was looking at the 8bitdo Ultimate (waiting on updated 2.4Ghz), however am not sure about their polling rate, as well, I saw a post here that says that Gulikit sensors are outdated and wanted to find other alternatives, and if possible explinations as to why. It is for PC (not necessary SteamOS compatible too) gaming. I mainly just want good durability and low latency. I prefer DualShock 4 layout, yet know xbox is more common and do not mind it. Thanks
I have 5 of the series x controllers all with drift nothing i tried work to fix them so I was going to replace the joystick module. While I was looking for replacements i found hall effect ones, and after some research I figured that they actually last longer and i found them at under $3 a piece. I was wondering if its worth it and if it will even work to install the hall effect joy sticks off ebay? Or should I get a brand new controller with hall effect(Rather not spend another $45)?
Are there any reputable third party manufacturers out there who make Xbox compatible controllers with Hall sensors? Back buttons are a plus.
I’m in the market for a new controller but the reputation of the Elite and friends’ bad experiences with Scuf make me wary of going down those routes. I’m hoping to find a controller that uses Hall sensor sticks so that I can stop replacing controllers once they develop stick drift. I looked into 8BitDo but their Hall controllers are not Xbox compatible.
Thanks in advance!
