As the title states I bought an Apple Watch 17 days ago? And I would like to return it but I guess Best Buy only has a 15 day return policy. I didn’t know this until today so I was hoping that to get the return somehow but the sales consultant just recommended that I “flip” the Apple Watch.

There’s nothing wrong with the watch, I just want my money back. It doesn’t serve the need that I wanted it for which is to track my workouts. When I track my workouts it doesn’t feel good so I want to return it.

I honestly think that it’s murder to have a 15 day return policy, it’s so damn short of a time frame.

I've got one at Bestbuy but I am not entirely sure if I will keep it.

I also wanted a SS version but want to give Sport a try.

Anyone had any idea or experience in returning the apple watch to Bestbuy once the box is opened and it's been used, within 14 days?

Ok I just bought an Apple Watch ultra on Best Buy since it says it can ship tomorrow. I am going to try it out for the 2 week return window. I just read their return policy and it states that if it is opened and not defective, there is a $40 + restocking fee. Anyone have any experience returning? If they will charge I’m considering cancelling and ordering from Apple even if it will take longer. Thanks.

So I noticed best buy has return policy of 30 days opened for smartwatches. I was planning on buying an apple watch, using it for 27ish days, returning it and then buying a new one until September when the new series is released. Ethics aside, is there anything stopping one from doing this?

I bought an Apple Watch S3 with LTE a few days ago. I activated it that same day.

With the S4 coming out soon, I want to ensure I return this watch to upgrade to the new one within the return period.

I've had three employees tell me it has a 30-day return period (I'm an "elite" member.) But according to Best Buy's website any product that CAN be activated has a 14-day return period... this would include my Watch, no?

I brought this up to a Customer Service agent at the store. She said the item still has a 30-day return period. But I'm still really not convinced.

Can anyone chime in on what the case is? The website's verbiage suggests strongly that I have 14-days.

Think I'm going to pull the trigger on an Apple Watch Ultra 2 but I want try it for a week or so to determine whether I want to keep it or return it within the 14-day window.

First, is there still a $45 restocking fee even if I don't activate cellular on it?

Second, I'm trading in my Series 7. What happens to that trade-in if I return the Ultra 2?

Hey guys, bought my Apple Watch SS at Best Buy. It was an opened item and it Looked extremely clean and everything was still packaged neatly. I saved a couple bucks but now I'm paranoid.

-what's Best Buy return policy? It's been a week today.

-I feel like the battery on my watch is bad, I've had it last only about 5 hours. 12 hours when I hardly ever used it and had everything turned off even on wake up to wrist raise.

-I can't seem to get my apps to "install" yet I can't even sign in to my iCloud...EVER. Even after 3 unpairs/pairs and going into settings after setting up.

Should I return it? Get a new one and take it to the Apple Store to have them help me set it up? What's the return policy on an open boxed item at BB?

Hi everyone, my son‘s iPad that I bought refurbished for Christmas for him just stopped working yesterday morning. We took it to the Apple Store and after running all the tests, the tech said that the display must be shot. It’s out of the Amazon marketplace seller’s warranty date, so they aren’t being any help. I was looking online at the Apple refurbished store and they don’t have what we were looking for, but now I am looking at Best Buy. There are two refurbished options, one is Apple certified geek squad and the other one is Apple certified. The geek squad option is not available for the item we are looking at, but does anyone have experience with Best Buy refurbished? It doesn’t say anything about it being from a marketplace or a third-party seller

Spoke with an Apple customer service rep who said that an in-store purchase can be returned for up to 30 days with no issue and that every Apple Store would honor this.

I purchased an iPhone 16 Pro a couple weeks ago just to try out the smaller size before I decided which 17 Pro to order (been using the Max for years). I totally forgot that the phones are only available for pre-order at first though, so needed a little extra time on my current device. I’ll return it after I switch everything over from the new one.

Either way I’m fine because I have the recorded call confirming I’m good. Just curious about everyone else’s experience.

I kind of don’t want to wait to order online and Apple store isn’t nearby.

I usually buy from Apple directly (laptops, AirPods, phones etc)
