This is not what you asked, but I’ll pass along a piece of advice from a repair person. He pointed out the limited life of today’s appliances. He recommended buying the least expensive appliance with your desired features. Then buy the 5 year warranty from Lowe’s (or other place offering one for a modest price.) and you are guaranteed to get a 5-year use. I know, sad our industry is producing junk. More on reddit.com

Definately not Trail Appliances. We had a new W/D installed by them recently, and they destroyed our 6 month old $30k wood floor (and our newly renovated walls, which is an easier fix). Their delivery guys literally do not care about any damage they do to your property, and just want to manhandle things into place as fast as possible. Dealing with Trail has been a nightmare as well - terrible customer service. We are trying to get the damage repaired, but nothing has been done yet, and we may end up in a lawsuit. If you have a nice home, I would either do the moving yourself, or hire someone you really trust, because using some shoddy installers from Trail or another big box type place will only lead to headaches.
