Thanks for the story, but how does it help the rest of us? Someone got a hold of your personal information and used it to change your contact information and order a new card without your permission. Just how was that "resolved"? Multiple holds indicate it was not actually resolved. While your frustration is certainly understandable, absent details, I can't do anything with this, since "someone changed my contact information and ordered a new card without my permission" tells me it was someone connected to you, which makes Citi's desire to just shut you down similarly understandable. I'm thinking about applying for this card as Best Buy is a retailer I visit semi-frequently. I was wondering how people who do have the card have been liking it or why people avoid it. To me, it seems like a somewhat better version of the Apple Card, since you get 5% back at Best Buy, 3% back on gas, and the flexibility to finance more than just Apple products. What do you think?

I have the option to "Delete Institution," but it says "Deleting Best Buy Credit Card will remove all of its data and transactions from Quicken.
