You’re on the subreddit full of disgruntled current/former employees, this is the last place to get useful advice. Also see in your post history you posting a rant about orange theory. It’s entirely possible that your complaint is valid, but really the question is: what do you want out of complaining? A gift card? Go to the store you ordered it from. Something else? I bought a laptop from Best Buy and I’ve been having a lot of issues. Apparently, the courier lost the package and I’ve been trying to get a replacement or refund. I’ve talked back and forth with Best Buy employees on the phone and I couldn’t get help so I went to the Best Buy in my city and talked with the manager with some help. He said the best thing to do is to contact Best Buy Corporate by email or phone and talk to them about my issue. I’ve been looking all over and I can’t find the email for Corporate. I found 2 phone numbers that contact Corporate but I couldn’t contact them because I didn’t call within the business hours. The next thing I want to do is email them but I can’t find an email for Best Buy Corporate. Does anyone know the email for Best Buy Corporate?
