I've seen a lot of team members having issues updating the employee app so here's a step-by-step.
You can download the app and new updates here from your mobile device.
Sign in with a*******@bestbuy.com and your regular password.
Repeat the steps again when it connects to Microsofts Best Buy portal.
Tap instal.
(iPhone users have to go to Settings>General>Device Management>Trust)
This is a similar process as when you first downloaded the app.
You can use this for almost all the app updates, as the app stores won't give you the option to update automatically in most cases. You also shouldn't have to uninstall the app first as it will update over the current version.
Better website is bby.me/apps it has the most up to date employee app and the queue app to download. Took me a lot of digging around to get to. You can still do it via the old way but it’s CUMBERSOME.
Also, the QR code through learning network doesn’t work for me anymore, thus during downtime today with curbside pickup was digging around like a gold miner during the gold rush in SF.
