I got a Best Buy gift card, and I’m thinking about picking up a Samsung Galaxy Watch 7. I noticed that the prices vary significantly depending on the condition: new is $199, open-box is $179 (Geek Squad verified), and refurbished is $154 (from a third-party refurbisher).

I’m a bit confused about the difference between “Open Box” and “Refurbished” at Best Buy, especially since one is Geek Squad verified and the other is from a third party. For anyone familiar with Best Buy’s outlet categories, is there a meaningful difference in quality or reliability between these two options? And based on that, would you personally go new, open-box, or refurbished?

My active two broke and I brought in the broke watch to best buy to get a replacement. The employee told me I could get a new active two or I could cash out on the watch for 325 dollars and just buy the new watch when it came out this month. So that's 325 plus the pre order bonus and I'm getting a galaxy s4 for free.

It's worth it if you have a best buy warranty.

Does anyone know when Samsung preorders will be available to pickup from BestBuy? Im assuming tomorrow (what's showing on my order screen on Samsung) but haven't seen anything conclusive. The only thing Ive received from Samsung was that my Buds3 Pro preorder is delayed due to defects in the buds.

I've stopped at a couple Best Buy stores in passing, and haven't seen an Ultra yet (working display). Has anyone seen one yet at a store?

Bought the wrong color and want to return it, never had to return an item that I purchased at Samsung and pickedup at Best Buy. Looked through the FAQ stuff about returnes but nothing about picking up.

They sent us an unopened galaxy watch ultra instead!!! (It's already in a case, im highly destructive so better give it extra protection!)

They just gave me watch7 in its package. According to the Samsung website we must return the trade in product in the Same box with the given shipping label. Someone help me understand this.

It says when you buy a watch 8 or 8 classic from Best Buy you get 2 years of text and data through google fi. Followed the steps on Best Buy and Google support for the promo and nothing. Contacted Fi support like it said and they were clueless telling me that Classic isn't supported on Fi. Despite me sending the listing for the watch on best buy and the offer on their own support page that says it is.

I can pick up a Watch 7 pick up tomorrow at Best Buy, but Bb website says only two left in store....if they don't have it at the store, will my order automatically change to shipping? Or will it be cancelled?

I had Gear S3 Classic and loved it but the battery went to crap after a year making it nowhere near a day even with power saving settings enabled (ie no AOD). I just bought my wife and I each Galaxy Watch Actives, and now I'm debating whether $40 for replacement plans May be worth it (primarily because I have a $65 reward certificate to burn). Anyone have any relevant experience/opinions as to whether this would be worthwhile?

Have a Galaxy s21 Ultra. I've read so many mixed reviews about all of the possible options. Anyone have any real world experience reviews of the best one to buy currently? Would appreciate any advice. :)

Hello, i'm looking for a watch that is around samsung galaxy watch FE price. Is it the best samsung watch to buy that isnt too expensive? I heard also about galaxy watch 4, 5 and 6. Which one would the best? I want samsung because all activities would connect into samsung health on my phone. But if there is a watch that is significantly better around the price i could consider it. And one more question, do these watches have speakers on them or do you have to wear headphones to listen to music?

I don't have any special preferences, I guess I'm just looking for the best value, something sturdy and reliable.
