Car theft has become REALLY bad in my city and I want EVERY chance I have to protect my car from getting stolen. If anyone can suggest literally anything they know, I would really appreciate it.
For reference, my car is a 2013 Mustang GT and while I do park in a garage when I'm home, I worry mostly about when I am out and parked in the open.

Hello everyone - anyone have any advice on the best type of steering wheel lock?
I bought this one because I liked the idea of it locking both the steering wheel and brake but I know that something like this is the more typical type of lock (just holds steering wheel in place).
After using the first one, I'm realizing it might not be the best deterrent to thieves - you can barely see something there because it only hooks to the bottom of the steering wheel.
Should I return this and get a more typical steering wheel lock? What are the pros & cons of both? I'm a very new driver so I'm not super knowledgable about all this - appreciate your input!
