For what though? Coffee or espresso? I have a Baratza Virtuoso+ and I absolutely love it. They also replaced one of the parts for free. It's a truly decent conical burr. I use it to make pour over a few times a day, have been for years. Before that I was using it to make a pot at a time once a day. All it needs is an occasional cleaning. I don't clean mine as much as we are told to, and it performs really well, very consistent. More on reddit.com

OP here some advice. The hunt for a ‘good ’ grinder, manual or electric, is never ending. You buy a Timemore C2, some people will recommend the C3. Buy a C3, some people will say it’s not really good for finer espresso grinds. Very soon you may find yourself getting advice to buy a 1zpresso or Commandante in the Rs 20,000- Rs 30.000 range. And later, even more expensive stuff, running into lakhs if you’re looking at electric grinders! And you know what? ALL these people giving advice are ALL correct! It’s much more important to note where YOU are in your coffee journey. Your budget is Rs 2, 500 and cannot be extended? Ok then my advice would be to buy the Agaro manual grinder for half that - Rs 1200 - on Amazon and be done with it. For that price it’s ok. My other advice or suggestion to you is to look at the advertisement for the grinder. If the manufacturer says you can use it from grinding coffee and spices- then don’t buy. But only that product which specifically and only talks about grinding coffee. Because -IMHO- that’s the way to identify a manufacturer that’s serious on coffee, not matter how cheap it is.
