Growing up in that era was so entertaining. So many seminal films that informed my humour and my lifestyle in my teenage years. Got the buddy cop films like Rush Hour & 21 Jump Street. The big mainstream family ones like Bruce Almighty, Big Daddy, Anchorman and Nacho Libre. Then the stoner comedies Harold & Kumar, and into the late 2000’s the Rogen & Apatow comedies, is 90’s kids had it so good. My personal favourite is Hot Tub Time Machine. The nostalgia I have for that film. Along with the Hangover and Jump Street, that was the peak imo.
That’s got to be the worst part of the 2010’s/2020’s in cinema, that there was no comedy really. No movies to quote with friends, teenagers nowadays don’t have stoner comedies or anything.
So, if you could give 3 of your favourite comedy films of that time, what would they be?

I'm in a collaborative movie draft next week and the category is 90s comedy. The collaborative element makes it a bit more difficult because I think everyone on the show a little different taste in comedies. I'm curious, what would others top 13 movies be? And what movies would you be unwilling to put in the top 3, or unwilling to let fall to the bottom, etc.
