I WANT THE FLUFFIEST OVERSTUFFED MONSTER OF A COMFORTER POSSIBLE
Seeking recommendations to upgrade our bedding!
I've had Brooklinen linens and a Buffy duvet insert for the last 4 years. The sheets are very soft and comfortable but the fitted sheets have gotten small tears. I like the Buffy, I think it sleeps well year-round.
We recently upgraded to a King and got the whole bed bundle from Parachute. The duvet is a little fluffier than the Buffy and the pillows are amazing. The sheets feel like a step up from Brooklinen but they haven't seen as much wear so it's tough to say.
Re: putting a duvet until the insert, have you tried the magic burrito method? It's a game changer!

Silk insert with linen duvet cover.
I use Mommesilk 2kg insert comforter, Quince European linen duvet cover.
Silk comforters are relatively heavy and drape like a weighed blanket.

So I just bought a new bed and I’m finally able to make my floofy dream cloud come true.
However, all the comforter/quilt/duvet inserts I’ve looked at look like sad, pathetic, gangly slices of depression and I would really love to be able to jump onto cotton candy and fucking sunshine!!
Does anyone know how I can achieve this? I don’t care about it being warm or what it’s made of I would just like it to be crazy fluffy and soft.
Thanks!
