My aiming needs a lot of work. The default settings are literally killing me, especially with engagements at distance. Thanks.

ATTENTION FELLOW DIVERS
I’ve seen a few posts about people asking about PS5 controller settings, so I figured I’d make a few recommendations on what to change to make the aiming feel a little bit better. Feel free to adjust to what feels best for you!
Look Sensitivity - 4
Look Sensitivity Vertical Multiplier - 1
Aim/Scope Sensitivity - .5
Deadzone - .05
Controller Sticky Aim - .5
Acceleration Speed - 0
Acceleration Exponent - 1
Hope this helps!!
Hello contestants, I would like to ask your advice for changing my controller settings.
I play on PS5 with a standard controller and I am looking to tweak my settings to have quicker but stable aim. I generally play Medium these days, and usually use an iron sights Pike or Famas red dot/coyote. I do also play light but don't main that anymore. Light I would use most weapons as I quite like them all.
I don't want to be able to 360 in 0.05s or anything, but I also don't want to just change random settings bit by bit and it take forever, or change loads and not know which particular setting isn't working.
Could anybody advise on specific settings to have a look at that will help with:
Target tracking at close to medium range? (You know when the enemy is side stepping back and forth)
And...
Moving from aiming at the body to aiming at the head and limit risk of whiffing?
Feel free to eli5 why you recommend the particular setting, I like to understand exactly what it does and why it works.
Thank you kindly.
I’m a longtime milsim enjoyer but on PS5 currently (in between PCs, I guess you could say). I love the game, but with the joystick aiming and frame dips when you aim down a 4X20 optic, I’m struggling against human players, especially with the US Army 5.56 requiring so many direct hits to kill. What are your recommended settings? Is there a good guide out there? Is the 4X20 worth using over irons/red dots on the M16?
Like sensitivities and bindings, no backbuttons
Recently got a ps5, used to play a lot of ow on pc but no longer have access to pc anymore. I know settings are a bit subjective but are any high level console players on yet or someone I could compare settings to. There’s so many sensitivity settings on pc it’s just horizontal and vertical
Hey Playstation Raiders,
I'm just curious if you changed anything in the controller settings?
I switched to Linear and tweaked a ittle bit on the sensitivity, but nothing else. Truth is I don't really know what slider does what exactly.
I guess I'm looking for tips, or your settings to give it a try :)
Here are my settings:
