I'm new to the car audio scene and don't know a whole lot
Looking for front and rear 6.5 door speakers with a budget of ~200 ish. Everywhere I look, when someone reccomends a model, there's 3 others calling it shit, looking for more ideas
I listen to a bit of everything, mostly rap and metal/death metal, and possibly maybe thinking of adding subs in the future, not for now though. I'm don't know if I want component or coaxial, I do have pillar tweeters but can disconnect if the doors have built in
I was looking at Rockford Fosgate P165-S JBL GTO629 and Kenwood Excelon KFC X183C
Thoughts?

Best door speakers for under $200?
Looking for door speakers that have great sound quality and good bass
If you want sound quality, proper installation is critical. Sound deaden your doors. Even a 2k component set will sound crap with poor installation and hollow thin metal doors. Installation will have a more profound effect on SQ than speaker selection alone.
