So i have been trying to find the new optimal double movement settings for the best strafe angles etc after the new movement update. I have seen a lot of different content creators and pros trying to find the new best settings for it but a lot of it seems to be different and i have trouble finding a setting that seems to be generally accepted as the best. Any ideas of what the best double movement settings are as of right now?
Update: These seem to be the most popular right now amongst pros 69-70 71 135
Some people say that going back to 90 on single key strafing is good now (90 was the best with OG movement in my books) but some people say that it is not optimal att all and not close to as good and fast as 71.
Asking here if there’s one with a specific competitive advantage? Im sure someone has done some intensive testing around this. The most popular one I’ve seen is 70/90/135 but is there a particular reason?? Feeels like epic changed this a bit this season because it feels a bit more sluggish staging to the right after the new season. Here are all the pros that I’ve been able to get any information about what they use:
Cooper + Khanads: 70/90/135
Pollo: 74/90/135
EpikWhale: 73/90/135
Pxlarized: ?!???????
Savage + Graal: 64/90/122
Epic recently added in game settings for double movement, what are your settings, those who where using others softwares to do it ?
You need both custom diagonals in game and on Keys2Xinput. Install keys2x as normal but make sure you don't unbind wasd as it says in the instructions. basically just set up custom diagonals with these settings in game:
Diagonal: 59
Strafe: 72
Now set up keys2x with 59.99 diagonal up and strafe at 89.35 (didn't try the exact cutoff point but its very close to 90).
Now you should move full speed when strafing and its pretty close to 90 degrees too.
First of all, do most pros even use the new in-game double movement? Or are they still use Wooting/Keys2X?
If they are using Epic’s double movement, what values are they using? The default settings or something else?
I’m switching to KBM from console and I’ve heard about double movement and I also see the settings in Fortnite. But what is it? And do I still need some extra software to get it or can ai get it with just the settings in the game? Thanks.
I recently got my Wooting 60He and love it so far. I was wondering if Wooting Software's Double Movement has any advantages over the in-game Double Movement settings? Wooting has also recently added the 360° Movement. What settings do the pros use?
