Costco used to carry Pacific Coast . I've had several of them over the decades and they're amazing. They're gonna run $200-300, which is more than what you'll pay at Costco. If you look at the 1-star reviews for those comforters you linked to, there are complaints of the down migrating to the outer edges of the comforter with no easy way to redistribute the down. I've never had that issue with the Pacific Coast comforters. That being said, take a stab at one from Costco. If the feathers do something silly, return it. By the time that happens, the Pacific Coast comforters should be on sale. Also, for what it's worth, when it comes to comforters, get a size up. They don't drape properly when bought at the correct size. A queen size bed is 80". A queen size comforter is 98". So, each side gets an additional 9" to hang over the side? That's not enough. I'm going to invest in having a comfier bed situation so I can have more consistent and comfortable sleep. I'm looking for pillows and a comforter. I've heard down pillows are supreme, but have also heard great things about wool.
I went on Costco's website and looked at down comforters but I don't know where to start. I saw they had a Hotel Grand White Down Comforter, as well as the Hotel Grand European White Down Comforter, which is currently on sale for $90. I don't know comforter lingo, but is Hotel Grand any good? Is $90 for a comforter decent? I feel like I've seen the first one for $80, in the past. Any advice would be super appreciated. Thanks!

My husband is a “hot sleeper” but I love a fluffy comforter. This has great reviews and I’m wondering if anyone has used it for all seasons.

Yes. It's nice and thick. It does not get too hot (I also dislike hot blankets). 10/10 recommend. But one thing I will say is that finding a cover for this will be hard. And washing it will take hours. I need to dry it 4 times for it to be completely dry.

After agonizing over a bunch of $300-$500 comforter reviews I saw this at Costco and nabbed it. I’m a pretty hot sleeper but I like some weight on me. It’s pretty dang warm IMO, especially if there’s a cover on it. We cranked the bedroom down to 66 at night and it’s pretty cozy, but when spring/summer comes I’m going back to the slumber cloud we had been using. It’s also a little crinkly, which is fair game because it’s supposed to be like a hotel comforter. I put a $30 Bedsure comforter on it, just check dimensions - I think mine was sold as a king but the dimensions are California king.

I know there has been some posts about this but they’re old. This Costco Comforter worth it? I just moved in to a new place and need a new comforter.
I’ve seen some reviews that this one is tough to wash. If not this one, then any you guys recommend?

I know it says comforter on the package but you should treat these as a down filled duvet insert and get a duvet cover to go with it. Then regularly wash the cover and only wash the insert on rare occasions

We have a king sized bed and I use two twin down comforters with linen duvet covers on them. Easy to wash, I put them out in the sun to dry and then do a delicate fluff dry at the end to fluff them up. Linen duvet gets softer every time it’s washed (weekly), and my husband and I don’t have cover wars (I sleep hot and I thrash around). You can google danish bed making, it’s where I learned it. Just a bottom sheet (linen), and the two twin down comforters with the linen duvet covers. So simple and so comfortable, I’ll never go back to the old way.
