Costco used to carry Pacific Coast . I've had several of them over the decades and they're amazing. They're gonna run $200-300, which is more than what you'll pay at Costco. If you look at the 1-star reviews for those comforters you linked to, there are complaints of the down migrating to the outer edges of the comforter with no easy way to redistribute the down. I've never had that issue with the Pacific Coast comforters. That being said, take a stab at one from Costco. If the feathers do something silly, return it. By the time that happens, the Pacific Coast comforters should be on sale. Also, for what it's worth, when it comes to comforters, get a size up. They don't drape properly when bought at the correct size. A queen size bed is 80". A queen size comforter is 98". So, each side gets an additional 9" to hang over the side? That's not enough.
