My kids have destroyed two of my kitchen drawers. The faces are fine, but the slides and drawer boxes need to be replaced. My current drawer boxes are made of cheap metal sides and a flimsy bottom.
My question is are there kits sold for rebuilding the drawer boxes that I could reattach the drawer face and add some new slides to?
So far, it looks like I’ll have to custom make the boxes.

Just buy some nice plywood and cut and nail to fit. And add new slides

How handy are you? People are always posting old cabinets on marketplace/craigslist. Buy a cheap cabinet with drawers that will fit in your opening and frankenstein it together. You'll have to reinstall drawer sliders, but you can probably use the ones from the scrap cabinet you buy and then put the good face that you have on the front. You could do all that for $15 or less. I've never seen metal drawers in a wooden cabinet. Are you in the states? The drawers may have a manufacturer stamp on them somewhere. You might also be able to contact the company and order a replacement drawer.

I’m sure there will be other, better suggestions than mine, but just in case I’ll still leave a suggestion. You can add a brace underneath the board. Fit that board back into its slot, cut a piece of wood that runs from front to back and fit it underneath the drawer. Pinning it in with a pinner would be easiest, nailing it in would be fine, screws would be good too. If you nail or screw it in you’ll want to predrill the holes so you don’t crack the wood.
