How do I convert multiple Excel sheets to one PDF?
If you want all of your tabs in a single PDF, most tools will turn each sheet into its own page. Just open or upload your workbook, select PDF as the output, and all tabs will appear as individual pages in the final document.
Pro tip: Check the order of your tabs first; the PDF will follow it. If you need to rearrange pages later, you can always organize your PDF after conversion.

I am receiving pdfs that have an odd structure but I need to handle the data very consistently. I tried microsoft builtin pdf to excel converters, a couple of online converters, wrote some python scripts, read it as a plain text, but I am always getting inconsistent results.
For example I have 5 pdfs with same structure and a converter might misplace some text by a colum or row in one of them. Converting to plain text might sound reasonable but it makes even more mistakes because of random whitespaces, and I can't just lump the numbers, it's not known in advance how many digits they have.
Hi, I'm looking for a reliable converter. I have a lot of excel files to convert into PDFs and I want to make sure none of the data gets cut off. I’ve tried a few tools before, but some of them mess up the formatting or don’t fit everything on the page. It would be great if there’s a free tool that keeps everything clean and readable. Something that works smoothly with Excel files and doesn’t require too much setup. Any recommendations would be really helpful!
