For beginners, Iโd recommend Canva for simple video editing and InVideo for creating videos with templates. If you want something more focused on animation, Animaker is also great.

Midjourney has good imagery, haven't tried video but it's decent I hear. Runs on Discord, primary. Sora (from OpenAI) has excellent images and prompt adherence but quite poor video quality. Klingai has fantastic video quality but last I checked is expensive. Tencent Huawei video generation is also solid, but limited. These guys also have a image to 3D model generator that is dope If you go this route and want a lot of people to listen to your stuff I'd be very careful as bad AI video might do more harm than good for the perception of the song.
