Just bought the 100ft size. Have a 2 story home that is roughly 2100 square feet. I do not have a ladder to get to the second floor and to be honest hate heights. Any idea how much it should cost to get someone to help me out and install? Would it be best to look on a specific website? Thanks!
Why are my Govee lights not responding to my remote?
When operating your Govee lights with your remote you should make sure that the insulation strip has been removed from the remote. Also ensure that the bulb is not within a shielded container and that you are in the same room as the bulb. If this doesn’t work, try replacing the batteries in your remote as low power is often a cause of the problem.

Why is my Govee light not connecting to my Wi-Fi?
Some of the most common problems when attempting to connect your Govee lights to your Wi-Fi include:
Being too far from the Wi-Fi source. Please ensure that your bulb is within 50 feet of the source before attempting to connect.
Using the wrong connection. Govee lights are designed to work with 2.5Ghz internet.
The bulb isn’t powered on. Before attempting to connect, you should ensure that the bulb is powered on. You should turn the bulb on and off five times, allowing it to enter breathing mode, before trying to connect.
If these tips do not solve the problem, you may wish to ‘forget’ the device on your internet connection and then add it again. Alternatively, please contact us for further assistance.
Can I group my bulbs for easier control?
Yes! You can use the app to create groups before adding your desired lights into each group. This allows you to control several lights at once. You’ll find this option on the ‘my device’ page of your app.
