r/keyboards on Reddit: Full size Hall effect?
July 7, 2025 -
Been wanting to make the switch to Hall effect for a while now. Currently i have a roccat pyro and I absolutely love the volume knob and number pad.
My question comes down to, what is there for HE keyboards that are full sized, OR would it be a good idea to get a 68%/75% keyboard, like the aula or monsgeek, and also get a numberpad macropad?

Any good Hall Effect keyboards for comp gaming? (~200€ budget)
There’s a bunch of options out there, but most of their software is honestly terrible. Wooting’s still kinda the gold standard, but if you’re tryna skip it, keychron’s decent. Lemokey’s basically the same company with a few tweaks, though their ks37 switches and overall HE setup feel a bit meh. Epomaker’s got one that’s not bad either- shine through pbt caps and some nice A-rgb if you’re into that. Just keep in mind you’ll need to mess around with the software for actuation points or stuff like rapid trigger/dks. More on reddit.com

Best gaming keyboards in 2026: the fastest, smoothest and loveliest boards I've tested | PC Gamer
4 days ago - The Gamakay x NaughShark NS68 is the best budget gaming keyboard thanks to all of the extra features it packs into a low-cost board. Our previous pick, the Mountain Everest 60, is still a great choice should you find one, but they're a bit too hard to spot right now for us to recommend. The Gamakay isn't just a small and wallet-friendly board; it's also packed full of new features like rapid trigger and Hall effect switches.

March 5, 2025 - MCHOSE Jet 75 has also a really low price, it’s a great entry keyboard with rapid trigger and now there's also Mix 87 with a bigger layout. YUNZII RT75 is quite nice too. Both Drunkdeer A75 Pro and G75 are the two only Hall Effect keyboards out there that comes with optional silent switches.

September 7, 2025 -
Hey guys,
I’m on the hunt for a Hall Effect keyboard mainly for competitive gaming. I know Wooting is the go-to pick and everyone swears by it, but I’m kinda looking for something that also has a bit more aesthetic appeal and solid build quality.
Budget’s around 200€.
Any recommendations or hidden gems you’d suggest?
Appreciate the help 🙌

Wooting is not the go-to pick and hasn’t been since years. It’s probably the worst option you can get today, extremely overpriced, 200+ for an awful keyboard with poor build quality, a shitty low quality plastic case, terrible switches, one of the worst performance if not the worst in the entire HE industry… What’s your preferred layout so I can recommend you something?
