My trusty gaming headset just gave out after years of intense sessions, and I’m in the market for a new one. I don’t need pro-level esports gear just something reliable, comfortable, and with great audio and a good mic. Bonus points for wireless connectivity, long battery life, and solid noise isolation.

Let’s say under $200, but I’m flexible if something is truly worth the extra cost.
I mostly play FPS, RPGs, and multiplayer games, so sound clarity, comfort, and mic quality matter most to me.
After some research, I’ve narrowed it down to a few popular options:
SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless
HyperX Cloud III Wireless
Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023)
Logitech G Pro X 2 Lightspeed

It is a limitation of the Bluetooth protocol, you either have stereo sound/no microphone OR you have mono sound with microphone.
This is why wireless gaming headsets don't use Bluetooth at all. They have their own dedicated 2.4 GHz wireless dongle.
