I've used aftershokz opencomms for years and can't recommend em enough. I forget I'm wearing them most of the time and with the bone conduction design I can hear when people are trying to talk to me. For those who take calls all day at home, what do you use for a headset/mic that has the best quality sound for the customer?
Would the latest Airpod Pro 2's be among the best quality, if I don't mind the fit? Or is there an over the ear headset that's much better?

I had a traditional headset when I started WFH and the band on top gave me raging pressure headaches after a couple hours. I’ve got a weird ridge on the top of my skull and even with a $100+ one it was terrible. I switched to my AirPods Pro and haven’t looked back. I can be on my walking pad and have background noise going on like a tv or my dogs and my coworkers hear barely anything, if they hear it at all. They connect well to my laptop and maintain connection well either, I’ve never had connection issues like I did with my other headset. So I’d go with the Pods if you can swing the money.

I’m a full time wfh mom with young children who are LOUD. HR at my company is cracking down on “professionalism” on calls and virtual meetings so I have to step up my game.
Looking for recommendations on a headset that eliminates all background noise even screaming toddlers and Miss Rachel.
I also have this problem with my current headset where virtual meetings I have no issues with volume but phone calls are really quiet, so maybe if someone has experience with fixing that I would appreciate tips!

Noise canceling will make things quieter but the way to get rid of the noise is to shut the door. If you are working from home you really need a place to have quiet meetings.
