Suspiria (2018) is such a terrific horror movie packed with so many themes. Empowerment, Art, Possession, Witchcraft, National guilt, Generational struggle, all circling each other in a bloody dance.
A brilliant film I've seen more times than I can remember! The bleak atmosphere, and the looming malevolent forces throughout... Also thought Thom Yorke did a fabulous job with the soundtrack, which have some of his best compositions ever, like "Suspirium." Always admired the work of Luca Gaudagnino - there's a new Christmas short film by him just recently uploaded to YouTube "O NIGHT DIVINE" starring John C. Reilly, so I know what I'll be watching tonight! More on reddit.com

I was reeeaaally hoping Suspiria would be out by now so I could watch it for NYE. It wasn't playing in any theatres near me and I haven't been able to find it anywhere online. Edit: Also, not surprised to see Hereditary at the top of the list but I am surprised to see Mandy so high. This sub seemed very divided on that one.
