Just bought the iPhone 17 Pro Max and I’ve had bad experiences with the Apple Store screen protector it cracked really fast. On my 16 Pro I ended up without any protection, and after one fall the screen cracked and I never fixed it so I had to replace the phone.
This time I want the best screen protector for iPhone 17 Pro Max, something strong but easy to install. I’m also thinking about a privacy screen protector for iPhone 17 Pro Max so people stop looking at what I’m doing in public.
Any recommendations for a reliable iPhone 17 Pro Max screen protector (clear, privacy, or tough edge-to-edge)?

I recently bought a 3 pack of clear ESR screen protectors with an applicator for 12 euros over at amazon.de. I had one for my IPP 13inch and I was pretty happy with it.

I am super picky about my phone screens, and I’ve never used a screen protector as I’ve never liked the feel. I recently had the 15 pro max which had amazing durability against scratches - now upgraded to the 17 PM and I’ve heard it scratches easily.
Looking for a phone screen that really only needs to protect against scratches - no anti glare, privacy, not thick etc. Reviews? Recommendations?

I don’t know where you’re getting your information from, but Ceramic Shield 2 offers greater scratch resistance than before lol. As far as screen protectors go, Torras Origarmor is my favorite.

Where the f have you heard that it scratches easily. It’s the most scratch resistant phone screen out there. And everyone including me says that they don’t have a single micro scratch.

I have the Torras original armor or whatever it’s called anti reflective tempered glass. My last phone had spigen regular tempered glass. The Torras seems high quality and installation was really easy and not a single bubble with the tray they send you. My only complaint is when I compared to the spigen the Torras seems to have a slightly purple tint when you view lights with the screen off and turned to the side. Spigen never was like that. But I guess it comes from whatever makes it anti reflective. I haven’t taken it outside to compare or anything and I’m not super sensitive to reflections in the phone anyway. I also chose Torras since I was getting a Torras case. I’ve had spigen cases for years and love them but the Torras magnetic o stand case is so good. It’s nice to be able to use the stand in landscape and vertical viewing.
