Even after reading about it, i have little idea of how each material would feel. I have always used the cheapest stuff available. Needs to be machine-washable. I want something soft. I don't mind a break in period. Budget is 100-250usd, if it's durable.

Best bedding for your money?
I have a king sized bed, mattress is only 7-8" deep (love my mattress so that won't change for a while) but my issue is my sheets keep pulling off the corners and I am so over it.
What are your favorite best, most comfortable non-slipping sheets? I have checked out "deep pocket" sheets but my bed isn't the 18-24" deep.
We typically sleep on the cooler side.
Bonus for nice pillow suggestions as well!
I am looking for bed sheets that will stay on my king size bed. I have tried many different brands and have splurged for good quality sheets claiming they will stay on. Anyways, I have settled for a set from Amazon that do sort of stay on. The corners don’t come up but the sides do. It’s so annoying. The sheets I have on my spare bed are Ralph Lauren 100% cotton sheets that I took from my MIL. she doesn’t remember where she got them. I like them because they are a thick sheet that has like no stretch to them. They’re tight as well which I like. Please where can I find these or similar sheets.
So im browsing through amazon and other sites and there are like 10000 different bedsheets, people calling each other a scam/ not real eqyptian thread or not 1000 count etc. I just need a good quality bedsheet that cost 100 or preferably less, that's worth the price. Any suggestions?
Looking for 100% cotton if possible. We usually by Ikea or Costco sheets but we want to try something different.
Update: Updated the list with more current results can't edit the image here but you can see it: here on Project page
I scraped comments from 70+ posts where people asked “what’s the best bed sheets?” (plus some big home and bedroom rec threads), then ran the whole pile of thousands of comments through an LLM pipeline to see which brands consistently get love vs. mixed reviews. Goal wasn’t just “most mentioned,” but also “most positively talked about.”
Method in a nutshell:
– Scraped 70+ “best bed sheets?” threads & home gear megathreads
– Ran GPT-5 + Gemini 2.5 to extract product names and classify sentiment
– Scoring = ~70% positive vs. negative differential + ~30% positive/total ratio
– Merged name variants so duplicates didn’t inflate scores (e.g., “Brooklinen Luxe Core,” “Brooklinen Sheets” → one entry) + some other nerdy sentiment tweaks that I won't bore you with
Would love your feedback! any sheet brands you think are overrated, underrated, or surprisingly good for the price?
EDIT: Just got the California Design Den in today and washed. They are slightly* less smooth than the Brooklinen, but virtually indistinguishable. Stitching, look, and feel. I paid $165 for the Brooklined Core set, this set form CDD was $62. Go figure. The flat sheet from CDD, is a good 14" wider as well. Purely based on how the feel, I'm gonna be totally happy with them. A few more washes and I'm sure they will smooth out a little more and be even harder to tell apart from the Brooklinen.
If anyone reading this is considering Brooklinen, 100% just buy the Percale set from California Design Den.
I'm looking to replace a set from Brooklinen I bought 4-5 years ago. I've honestly been really happy with those... I like really crispy thicker sheets. Crispy, crispy sheets! Really not trying to spend over $200 please.
Thanks for all your input!!!
I'm not too particular about what the sheets are made of, Egyptian Cotton, Linen etc..
All recommendations are welcome. thanks :)
I am on the search for a fitted sheet for my king mattress. I don’t usually have trouble getting the corners to stay put, but as soon as I sleep in the bed one night, the sheet is just loosened up and kind of extra on top. Any advice?
I am just looking for some good bed sheets….money is no object and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on brands or bed sheets in specific...extra points if you know any in the color Burgundy. (I am also partial to Egyptian cotton and like a super soft bed sheet due to my sensory issues)
We have tried dozens of different brands of king size sheets but every single time they end up too small in one or both directions and one of us ends up with no sheet or they pull up at the end.
The dimensions of our mattress appear to just be a standard king so I am not sure why we are having such an issue.
I have been trying to find a flat sheet that is like 120" x 120" so we don't have this problem but it's really hard to find anything over 110" x 105".
Anyone have any recommendations or found any larger sheets?
We have a custom made 120" x 120" quilt and it is a perfect size.
