I work in a kitchen and was wanting to buy professional kitchen equipment for homecooking e.g metal gastros, metal mixing bowls with measurements. Little stuff like that. Less of that aesthetic stuff you find in the big commercial chains.

I'm looking for somewhere I can get a good bang for the buck. My kitchen things are either falling apart, completely useless, or I just don't have what I need.

I know for the big box stores. Canadian Tire and so on. I find their products to be hit or miss. I'm looking for a store that's all kitchen things, and actually has quality. I couldn't care less about brand name if I tried.

Also, if you have advice in this context for someone who's getting more into cooking, I'd really appreciate it - I'm not a good cook (yet!), so advice is always welcome :)
