This is one of the best prices I could find for a 16 GB Ram laptop and solid GPU. Is there anything better?

At the moment, I'm starting a new position that mainly involves working with different CMSes on my laptop. However, at the moment I am down to using my old, cheap, backup laptop that only has 4 GB RAM. With its age and lack of memory, it's having a hell of a time running the CMS effectively, especially since my work usually involves having several different tabs open at once.

I'm definitely going to need to get a new, higher-quality laptop in the near future. Based on the info I've picked up, I think around 16 GB of RAM would be advisable for what I need with my job. However, my budget is somewhat tight at the moment, and ideally any new laptop I buy would be under $500. I've found a few laptops with 16 GB RM (or more) online, but I'm not really a tech guy so I'm not quite knowledgable enough to compare them.

I don't game so I wouldn't need any gaming capabilities I also am not editing photos or videos I really just need something that can operate more complex CMS programs with several other tabs open, and also play YouTube videos and the like with no issue.

I had a Surface Laptop Go and it keep killing my SSDs so I am in the market to get a fairly decent priced laptop that have a touchscreen and the ability to upgrade RAM and SSD. I plan on just using the laptop for regular use and maybe use Adobe and Microsoft apps on it as well, no heavy use like gaming or anything like that.
