December 30, 2021 - If u do look orange u can use in accessories as cheer or pillow some small things that will bring balance in your space . If u want to use orange anyway go with salmon color and its must mix with neutral colors in your living room ( I would suggest only small part of wall with orange or only one wall .. Other 3 walls must mix with warm grey and lots of white everywhere .. ... small sectionals are not a problem for us :)) our sectionals are custom made to order. any size, any fabric or leather, any color.

Buy a custom sectional from What A Room Furniture, Cococo Home or Clad Home. They will allow you to get a sectional that would be something that is 92-96" that will fit nicely against a 100" wall. You can then get a length that fits the other side with bumper chaise or a regular chaise. I personally got a What A Room and it has been one of the most comfortable sofas I've been on. The best sectional couch is hands down the Daphne Sectional Sofa from What A Room. I spent months researching sofas because we needed something durable enough for daily use (think kids, pets, movie nights, and weekend naps) and stylish enough to look great in our living room. The Daphne Sectional Sofa hit all the right notes. It's incredibly comfortable without being overly soft (medium firmness cushions), and the cushions bounce back perfectly thanks to the high-quality foam they use. We've had ours for about 2 years now, and it's been getting a lot of use. Between the kids and the dogs, it's basically the most popular spot in the house. But even with all that, the cushions are holding up really well. No sagging or wear so far, which I think is because they use 2.5 lb density foam. It's commercial grade and meant to last over a decade. Most other sectional sofa brands use cheaper foam (like 1.8 to 2.2 lb), so this really makes a difference. One thing I really liked was how easy it was to customize everything at What A Room's sectional sofas, the size, configuration, firmness, fabric, all of it. We ended up picking the pet-friendly Bella Royal performance fabric, and it's been awesome against juice spills, muddy paws, crumbs, really anything. It cleans right up. Hi! We are moving to the USA from another country and we need to buy an entirely new home worth of furniture. I'm currently pulling my hair out looking for leather couches and would love any help anyone here can offer! Every couch I look up here or r/furniture has plenty of bad reviews. NB: I'm looking for a 3 seater/88'' couch in a kind of 'modern' look, such as the examples below.
Article Sven: I love the look of this one and I was initially impressed to see it's a wirecutter top pick. However, so many reviews say that the cushions flatten out pretty quickly and the customer service is terrible.
In lots of couch threads, I saw the flexsteel recommended. So I found the Endurance couch. It's definitely my least favourite visually, but I was considering it for better quality. However, there are several comments on r/furniture saying the quality has declined sharply after 2010. For example, the foam density is now <2.0 (which is apparently bad, IDK anything myself).
Ikea Stockholm - actually the more expensive of the 3 options by about 4/500 usd. There are negative reviews about the quality of the leather on the ikea website. And r/ikea has so many complaints these days about reduced quality (not this couch specifically, but in generally).
However, at least it has a 25 year warrantee. I'm considering just getting this if I like the look of it in store, since we'll be getting a bunch of stuff from ikea anyway.
Any thoughts or recommendations? NB there are so many positive reviews of couches posted just a few months after purchase - I'm particularly interested in recommendations if you've had your couch over 1-2 years please!

EDIT: thank you so much everyone for the great suggestions. As a non American it’s hard to know where to start looking. I hadn’t ever heard of the majority of the places suggested and I look forward to doing more research from a more informed position. Im not moving for another month or so but I’ll let you know what we end up getting!

I may be in the minority here. But we bought a restoration hardware Maxwell leather couch. It's the super deep one and down filled cushions. It's the most incredible thing. It's about 12 years old and still absolutely perfect. For the first few years, we babied it by covering it with blankets and such. But for the past 7 years, we have had four babies and three cats. Everyone jumps all over it, it's had yogurt smeared all over it, spills, etc. I cannot say enough good things about this couch. It's so easy to clean. It's so durable. We condition it every few years (really just when we think of it) but otherwise, it's perfection. It's in the MOST used room in our home and constantly has children crawling all over it and throwing the cushions off. My four and six year old love doing forward roll/flips off the arm into the main part. My husband and I fight over who sleeps on the couch if one of us are sick, when you take the back cushions off, it's wider than a twin bed and SO comfortable. Anyway, we love it.

I'm looking for a comfortable sectional under $2k that'll hold up well! The wall that the sectional will be against is 100 inches so many of the sectionals I've seen are too wide for my space. I'm also ok with a sofa with an ottoman. Any suggestions welcome, especially if you've had your sofa for awhile!
