If your lights allow for color temperature changes, you can do it there, but some bulbs just have a color temperature you cannot change. I only use higher temperature lights in active areas like the kitchen or in the basement, to get a nice clean white light for doing things. For the living room and bedrooms, I use lower color temperature lighting as it is more calming to me. I also hate overhead lighting as the primary source of light. I often end up sleeping or doom-scrolling. I found that good lighting can help with setting the mood right. Is it warm light that I should go for? I don't know if there are good warm light default setups in my sengled smart light application.
