I really hate to be that guy but I haven't had any issues with keychron at all - and I love my keychron board. By all means look for other alternatives first but I wouldn't totally write them off based on a biased sample size. You don't see so many posts about postitve support even though it happens because people are less likely to post about it in an online forum when there issue has been fixed. No one is going to make a post that just says "My keychron hasn't broken yet." I see the cherry board that first sprang to my mind has also been linked - so I'd recommend that for you if possible. I've tried nuphy air (nope; couldn't stand the loud slickly switches and typing experience was terrible for me) so I returned it. I have and love the lofree lite. I know you're interested in the flow but I really do like the lofree keyboard; it's such a great typing experience, I changed the keycaps to the nuphy coast twilight and it made the typing experience even better, sounds extra creamy (which I love) and I liked this keyboard so much I went and ordered the 100 in a different colour. November 25, 2019 - However, the switches are not low ... give the keyboard that low profile character. Now some users in our community post have experienced issues with the switches, and I’m reading about similar switch problems from user reviews on Amazon. That is just not acceptable for $150. The SK650 looks nice, but linear switches and expensive. The Vulcan is nice but only about halfway to a what I'd call a low profile switch at a 1.8mm actuation distance. Logitech is coming out with a low profile board (G815) that I think looks excellent, but it's expensive as well.

September 25, 2024 -
Hi All,
I'm struggling to find a 100% low profile mechanical keyboard that isn't made by Keychron. I would prefer to avoid them if possible after reading all of the support horror stories.
The only other keyboard which I have found that seems to be an option is the Lowfree flow 100 which sadly doesn't come in a uk layout.
What I'm looking for:
Must:
Be full sized UK layout Function wired
Nice to have: Hot swappable key switches Replaceable cable Backlight
Many thanks for taking the time to read this post!

Clicky switches provide the most tactility and make an audible 'click' when typing. Clicky switches are typically preferred by typists, but are noticeably louder than other mechanical switches.
