Manual Grain Mill/Grinder Recommendations?

The Country Living mills are super pricy but nice. The difference between these and lower end mills is obvious when you use them. They’re easier to turn and they can range from cracked grain to cake flour fine. I’ve heard good things about the Wondermill Jr, and they can be easily rigged to a bicycle. I haven’t used one, but they’re about half way between the lower end mills and the Country Living mills on the price scale and widely liked. I’ve got a Roots and Branches deluxe mill and the optional motor. I’m happy with it for what I paid. The motor is definitely a nice add on for regular use. If necessary I’m pretty confident I could rig it to a bicycle. It will grind flour fine enough for bread but I wouldn’t want to bake a fine cake with it. Eventually I’ll probably invest in a Country Living mill, but this one has served me well for my use and it’ll be a fine backup. Answer from Sandman0 on reddit.com

Seriously - looking for something very sturdy, no electric required that could be used to mill wheat, rice, etc in an emergency and coffee, spices, whatever in normal times. Thanks for any ideas!
