I made a program to automatically generate NuclearCraft fission reactors. It uses Evolution algorithms to let only the fittest reactors survive. Here are the best designs I made using it:

Here is \"The Furious\" making 253 680 RF/t from LEU-235 Oxide.
Edit: Leu-235.com exists and it is faster and allows for more fuel and cooler customization. Mine allows more control over the priorities. Where leu-235 allows you to prioritize power or efficiency, my generator allows you to strike a balance.
Hey there! Today we just set up a new 'Reactor Designs' page on the FTB Wiki dedicated to listing players fission reactor builds for others to use and, perhaps, improve. You can think if it as NC's equivalent of IC2's reactor design page. I initially chose the FTB Wiki as the place to have this as it's multiblock template works very nicely, but I was in for a lovely surprise soon after manually typing out the first couple of designs:
The FTB Wiki devs have made a client-side mod which, among helping out with other varoius wiki-writing activities, allows a volume of the world to be specified and copied to the clipboard in multiblock template form! So no matter how crazy your design, you should be able to share it :)
To copy the design to the clipboard, simply use the /dumpstructure command, with the arguments being the coordinates of two far corners of the design - for ease of viewing, please only copy the interior of the design and not the casing shell around it! I am thinking of adding an easier way to get this info, perhaps through a button in the controller GUI or something :)
It would also be awesome if you post a little table with the reactor's stats (the number of cells, fuel efficiency, heat multiplier and cooling rate with no fuel in) under the design as the other designs already there have - I will then take these stats, calculate the best fuels for them using the Fuel Calculator by Jox & Snarklord and also generate a new copy of the spreadsheet containing info specifically about the design. A name for your design is also recommended, as that's how the serious nuclear engineers among us roll.
Note: if you do not want to fiddle with editing the wiki page directly, send me your copied design (in pastebin, perhaps?) and its stats and I'll happily put it up on the wiki page for you :)

i was wondering what the most efficient reactor from nuclearcraft would look like if anyone has a video of one that make massive amounts of power like in the millions and they sent it to me i would be happy to look at it.

If you are looking for efficient, easy to make reactors without going deeper in nuclearcraft, i have couple designs for you.
3x5x3 TBU, 476% Efficienct, 2860 RF/t https://prnt.sc/rfo3rv
Very simple and efficient starter reactor. It has only reactor cells, graphite blocks and glowstone coolers in it. Thats all.
7x5x7 TBU, 807% Efficiency, 18k RF/t https://prnt.sc/rfq92n
7x5x7 LEU235, 576% Efficiency, 11k RF/t https://prnt.sc/rfogwg
Again, very simple. It has only have glowstone cooler in it and much better than many complex designs.
Just throw some uranium/thorium seeds in garden cloche, use autocrafter and Isotope Separator, thats all. You can even trash depleated fuel cells if you want to keep it simple.
edit: https://prnt.sc/rfp0qw One good thing to know: Reactors can share casings but all of the casing blocks on that side must be used. For example 7x5x7 and 9x5x7 can use the same casing. but not "9" side. It has to be same heigh and wide.

That said, ethylene is simply way better. 3 single block machines and any plant source can power 2 single block gens to make about 15krf/t net. Plus it scales incredibly easily and has a byproduct used to triple ores.
I'm actually a bit annoyed that there basically isn't any complicated monolithic late game gen that out performs serialized gas gens... but I guess much of the fun of modded is doing things a weird, harder way than need be.
Oh man, I was working on the TBU, 807% Efficiency reactor, but now the picture has dissapeared! Can someone help?
Like yeah nuklearcraft and stuff like that is easy but not like the closest thing to realism, do any of yall know any "as close to realism as possible" mods?

Not even I know the most efficient design - there are some very effective tessellations that people have come up with for particular fuels, but so far the reactors have not been 'solved', so to speak ;)
