Best machine for hummus and chopping nuts and almonds
I need a way to chop A LOT of mac nuts and pistachios evenly for commercial nut butter
Question on chopping nuts
Looking for a blender/food processor that's great for nuts and seeds with either a glass or stainless steel container.

I have a mini chopper, stick blender and blender, but I am not really satisfied with any of those machines when I want to make hummus or chop almonds and nuts (not nut butter but coarsely chop with consistency).
I have a Kenwood Premier and I was wondering if the food processor attachment makes sense for making hummus and chopping nuts?
Weight wise we are talking about something like 500g / 1 pound portions..
Iโd like to go with as few machines as possible.
Edit: Based in the EU.
Hey everyone, I make nut butters commercially and like adding in large-ish pieces of mac nuts / pistachios - slightly larger than dessert topping size (4-5mm or 3/16 in. or so). But I would use dessert topping size too. The issue is, I like to roast the nuts whole then chop, because the flavor is better that way. I have been using a handheld nut chopper but would like to scale up (chopping around 4-6 pounds twice a week) and speed up the process.
When I use a food processor, I get too much dust and pieces that are too small. I have mesh sieves, but using those with the food processor is too time consuming - with pushing the nuts through them, and cleaning all of the sieves.
I just bought a ninja electric chopper to see how that does, but I'm also considering a brewer's grain mill.
This seems like a good solution too: https://www.homedepot.com/p/60L-Electric-Grain-Mill-Grinder-Spice-Grinders-Corn-Mill-with-5-Grinder-Sieves-and-1-Wrench-FY-W465121100/329326716
I'm also thinking one of these types of mills might work:

Do any of you think one of these would work for macadamis, pecans, and pistachios? Keep in mind I want the chunks to be larger than dessert topping size.
Any help would be appreciated!
I have a yearly tradition of making English toffee from my Mom's recipe. It started out as a couple batches but has grown in popularity over the years so that I am making about 15 batches. Each batch gets about 3 cups of chopped almonds and that adds up... Is there an easier way to chop other than with a knife and cutting board? I tried the food processor on pulse and I get about 2/3 chopped and 1/3 dust. Thanks
I'm looking for the best brand of vegetable chopper, the manual ones you press down on. At the store today I saw a 14-in 1 vegetable chopper, but I have no idea what brand it was though it looked cute. I saw one on Amazon for more money but was the brand Fullstar, and looked more reliable... what's better? I need one to last.
