I'm chronically ill and homebound and really need movie suggestions.
My few conditions:
PG13 if possible! I make a few rare exceptions for R lol.
I have a really hard time with staying focused because of my symptoms and so it needs to be something that will keep me interested. Movies that keep you entertained the whole time. It doesn't even have to be fast-paced necessarily as long as it's consistently intriguing.
Genre doesn't matter at all - I love almost everything.
Some that I loved that I watched recently: Disturbia, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Non-stop, Red Eye, The Commuter, Free Guy, 50 First Dates, Unknown
Anyone notice G rated films on prime video getting tagged with PG13. Noticed when I watched holiday inn and miracle on 34th street that both had a pg13 rating.
Me and my two sons love to watch a good movie. I have out together a list of some that I think will be great to watch, wanted to share and get more recos to expand the list.
The goonies
Great outdoors
Miracle
Sandlot
Remember the titans
The rookie
Cool runnings
Mrs doubtfire
The rocketeer
Guardians of the galaxy
Top gun
All of pirates of the Caribbean
Indiana jones
joe vs the volcano
King Ralph
Castaway
Gremlins
James Bond (not sure if appropriate but thinking the older ones could be fun)
Three amigos
Back to the future I II III
Apollo 13
The Martian
I love action and sci-fi and I'm ok with r rated action sometimes, but my brothers are under 18 and can't watch r rated movies per the rule in the house. Since my brothers are my primary movie buddies I need to stick to pg13. What are some of your favorites?
Ps I'm also looking for some fantasy stuff like Narnia and lord of the rings so if you have any of those up your sleeve too, that'd be great :)
