I guess I’m having what people say a quarter life crisis and I need some podcast recommendations that will inspire me to go through each day while figuring out what I really want.
I listen to The Intelligence, Financial Feminist, the Wall Street Skinny, Your Rich BFF, and sometimes Acquired and If Books Could Kill.
I need something light, doesn’t have to be a practical knowledge. Just easy to digest topics related to being 20 something!
Book recs will also be appreciated ❤️
Edit: thank you all for the superb recs! To clarify, I’ve had enough with finance/business related podcasts so would appreciate your recs on very very light poscasts that won’t require any brain muscle🤭
I recently graduated college, dealt with a huge and long depressive episode, grief, and health concerns. I’m unemployed but job searching which has not been great at all. I just feel like I’m behind and lost which I’m sure many others felt when they were in their 20s. Do you know any podcasts that dive into this or can make me more content with where I am at with my life?
What are the best self help, advice or discussion podcasts about navigating life as a 20 year old?
I'm the type of person who lacks a lot of structure in my life and discipline. For instance, I say I'm going to do something but end up doing something else entirely, something less productive. I don't think I'm lazy I just don't feel I have a good support system who's willing to teach me the ropes of how to navigate life. I don't have a father that I can speak to about things and my mom doesn't speak to me that much about this stuff. I really enjoy podcasts that I can relate to and easily grasps. For instance I really enjoyed Emma chamberlain's podcast 'Anything Goes' because it didn't feel like she was talking at me it felt genuine and real but also didn't put me to sleep. Jumpers Jump is another one I listen to frequently. They focus more on conspiracy theories and fun story times but I really enjoy the fact that it caters to a younger audience. Are there any more podcast out there that can help pull me out of this slump and actually help me build a better life for myself going forward? Thanks.
Self-help content all seems to say the same stuff and mostly scams. I want real perspective from non-self help content, narrated in a interesting way .
Hey peps I am going through rough patch in life right now, not sure if it is depression or something like that but are there podcasts that you listen to when you feel down and lonely wallowing in your thoughts?
Any suggestions are welcomed
I never heard about podcasts but it's cool how you're able to learn various topics and trends or current events from culture, technology, current events, business so on. But I was trying to find podcasts that is informal and educational that helps young adults. Idk i guess it's important to learn and staying updated with finance, business, what's happening in the world.
i’m wanting something that’s like motivational/ educational on how to build better habits, manage money, how to invest, mental health etc but can’t find anything good so i need some recommendations!!!
anxious and excited to leave my last teenage year and enter adulthood! would love podcasts on navigating life - health, lessons, rambles. Anything would do!
