Can anyone recommend podcasts that focus on women in fitness using a scientific, evidence-based lens?
Ideally not trying to sell me anything other than non-biased information on the latest research and how to apply in real life what there is substantial evidence for.

Hi, I’ve recently really loved the Huberman Labs podcast because he takes a science evidence based approach. However, I find myself wanting to listen to someone who focuses more on women’s health specifically because I do think it differs. Anyone have suggestions? Nothing too holistic or claiming to be “natural”
I was reading the comments of a similar post in r/fitness. Much of the recommendations were very male focused, written about the male experience, geared towards men. Nothing wrong with that, just looking for something I can connect with personally.
Any ladies here have anything to recommend?
