Stick with known brands, Anker, Belkin, Romoss, etc. I've got a 40,000 mAh one from Romoss that I use to recharge my phone and tablet when I lose power (which happens several times a year where I live) and in the months between power outages, it loses only one or two percent. It's great.

Life others have said, Anker is the way to go. They cost a little more but they stand by their products and that's frugal imo. I've only gotten a Jackery on the bigger side so that's my only frame of reference on that end, but it's been great for a year now.
