- I don't like Iclever stuff because it looks horribly made in terms of design. From personal experience, they are lightweight and they do type well but horrible looking in design.
I really, really really love the Logitech K380 but I find it's a bit too heavy (in weight) when you add 2 AAA batteries. I actually currently use the K380 but I'm finding the weight is just a bit too heavy. If Logitech made a version that used a lithium battery alongside USB-C, which would make it substantially lighter I would be for it.
I tried the Logitech Keys-to-go and that has horrible keyboard feedback.
Logitech MX Mini is too heavy
Trying to avoid the Apple magic keyboard since it seems to be made for Macs.
I also had the Microsoft Universal Foldable Keyboard but the 'space bar' was a deal-breaker on it. It's literally a gap in the middle that my finger kept hitting - which made me slower in typing.

I've used the Keychron K7 for working on a phone instead of a laptop. It is ~350g whereas your Logitech K380 is ~420g, charges via USB-C. The Nuphy Air 60 is 450g. I recommend red or brown switches if you want to try it out - the blue switches are clicky and feel weird on keyboard with that little travel.
To me, the Keychron is better than most laptop keyboards, and I'm coming from a Macbook Pro / Thinkpad X250. And yeah, if you don't need it to be super compact it's best to go with something that doesn't fold. Less weirdness, fewer points of failure, and lighter weight.
Not sure if the Microsoft Designer Compact has the same nice response and it requires coin cell batteries, but it's the lightest reasonable keyboard from your short list (280g) and very thin.
Pro tip: you can make any keyboard lightweight (obviously travel oriented ones not full mechanical behemoths...) By unscrewing the plastic covering around it and removing everything. Or if doesn't have screws.... Great use a Dremel.
The plastic board and keys weigh absolutely nothing.
It's the casing that weighs a ton. If you're masochist you can even ditch the keys and type by pressing on the little silicone nubs connected to the bottom circuitry boards

Hi guys, my laptop's "W" key is faulty and when playing games/typing from day to day it becomes really annoying. That's why I am looking for a new and cheap keyboard to last me for about a year before I get a new laptop for university. I used each of these keyboards for 3 months min and I still sometimes use them today depending on how I feel. This keyboard has gotten a lot of attention over the past couple of years due to its cheap value, but for its quality. To me, this keyboard was personally an all-time favorite. Although the build quality seemed to be all plastic the keycaps and the switches they used were extremely worth it for their value. I got the brown switches and although quiet it was extremely satisfying to use for its smooth actuation and 60% build.Tips: If purchasing I recommend that you either get the blue or the red. Although I had brown it was a little too quiet for my liking.
Pros: The switches that are used are of extremely good quality, 60% with all f1,f2,f3 functions, wireless/wired
Cons: Not hot-squabble (expected for a cheaper build), color ranges are limited (one color only for keyboards for the cheaper ones), limited in the ability to mod the keyboard, comes with only three switch options: blue, brown, red; keycap wiggle is minimum but noticeable in the spacebar (very minimum)

However, overall the keyboard for gaming has a unique build to it with showing keycaps, unique keyboard switches, and a more compact and unique keyboard layout design. Personally, I have used this keyboard a lot but would not recommend the keyboard if you are looking for more quality than its usage.
Pros: The T63 comes with a compact design which allows for more keyboard functionality and less usage of space, since the keyboard comes with more key options there are a lot more keyboard shortcuts, but is not that useful in gaming, for its affordable price for $39.99 depending on the customer you are it is either a like it or hate it keyboard, switches of the keyboard are mushier but come with a click
Cons: because there are so many keys the placement of the arrows on the keys are a little bit wacky and is hard to use at times such as writing an essay or just scrolling online, key switches are a little bit cheaper so when pressing hard on the keys you will be able to hear some kind of clinking sound, but it's not that loud

Cons: f1 keys were hard to use, little wobble, and a little complication using function keys such as arrows, locks, and caps, quality although good for the price is not the best compared to others, but worth its price! A little bit of clinging

as t0rmer said, lofree is indeed the goat for lowprofile keyboards, but you could always buy any keyboard within your budget and buy a keyboard case for ease of transport. yunzii somehow always manages to make keyboards under 60 dollars, and cases can be found for around 20-30 dollars depending on the quality and if its soft shell or hard shell. (this is all in usd)

A Pok3r with MX Clears or MX Browns is what I’ve recommended to several friends and they’ve all be really happy with it. It’s a programmable board with a really durable case in the 60% format, hard to go wrong. Only thing to be aware of is the lettering on the stock key caps has been known to rub off pretty fast for some people.
If 60% is too big I’d check out the OLKB Planck.

Now I've brought a netbook solely for doing my work at university (Comp Sci student). However the keys are terrible so I was wondering what the market was like for a mech keyboard that was lightweight/wasn't big.
