Have been trying to find something in store and online, but the only option I found was to configure a la-z--boy sectional and its coming to 7k+ which is out of my budget which around 2-3k.

Hi all, I’m looking for a sofa (or loveseat, but ideally a sofa) based on the following:

1. I live in Austin, TX.

2. Budget = $5000

3. Size = 84 in or less

4. Style = I’m looking for a reclining sofa with an adjustable headrest so the sofa has the look of a lower back sofa when no one is using it, but is supportive of my back and neck while sitting in it.

I originally was going for a Japandi sofa, but all the models weren’t very supportive of my bad back and neck since they had short or medium height backs, so I thought the reclining headrest could be the solution.

5. Where I’ve searched = The Stressless “Emily” style with wood in the arms is an example of the look I’m going for in my Japandi/minimalistic living room, but the Stressless Sofa is $10k and the loveseat is around $7k, so it’s out of my budget.

(I’ve also looked at Lazy-Boy but none of their models have reclining headrests. Palliser’s Armina has the reclining headrest but I’m wary on the brand based on online reviews.)

6. I would prefer the ability to sit in the item in person before purchasing, if possible, but I’m open to online only recommendations.
