Soaring Heart has some good futons and shikibutons on there, though they're pricey. Their latex, wool and cotton futon option seems like it would definitely be a good choice, too, if that's something you're interested in. I'm interested in buying a futon that's queen bed sized. I'd like to market my Airbnb as having two queen beds (with clear photos of the futon as a couch, and a photo of it set up as a bed). Any suggestions on what to buy, or any advice? I'd like to stay under $500, while being able to buy a nice futon frame and mucrosuede mattress cover. A store local to me has pretty good quality foam mattresses for $160-$180, which seem like they'd work great for a futon setup, but of course I'm not positive about it. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I've found that I really like sleeping on a futon, which offers a certain type of firmness that I haven't found with other styles (innerspring, memory form, latex, even polyurethane foam beds).
However, I really want a queen sized bed and I can't seem to find a queen sized futon for some reason. They're mostly sold in twin or full, and the only queen sized futons I see online look super-fluffy and not very firm at all.
Has anyone run into this problem before, and know where I could find a queen-sized futon?
