I made a list of keyboards I like, you can check it out for reccs. But basically if you’re after a quieter Razer keyboard and want to avoid clacky keys, you’ll want to skip anything with Razer’s Green switches or the optical clicky options. Those are super loud and definitely not what you’re looking for. Since you’re coming from Logitech browns which are pretty middle-of-the-road for noise and feel imo, the closest Razer options would be their Yellow switches. The Blackwidow V3 or V4 with Yellows is a solid pick too. They’re linear, smooth and have factory dampening to keep things much quieter than most mechanical boards. Another good option is the Huntsman V2 with the linear (red) optical switches. They’re not completely silent but they’re a lot softer and less sharp sounding compared to Razer’s clicky models. The sound dampening foam inside the case does make a difference for noise. Answer from AbrahamMann on reddit.com

I just got a death adder, and currently have a logitech g915, a razer keyboard may be in my future.
I dont love clacky keys, currently have brown switches in my g915 and they nice, but would like something even quieter.

If you care for typing sound and feel, the BlackWidow V4 75% is the best keyboard Razer has ever built. Hot-swappable, moddable and fully customizable. If you want certain gaming features like rapid trigger, then the new Huntsman V3 series should do you well.

I have a razer basilisk that I use with my monitor, laptop and pc, but my current keyboard is doing very badly. What do you think is the best razer keyboard, wireless. I like the blackwidow v4 75%, but I don't think it's worth the 500 dollars. What do you think?

I like my blackwidow v4 pro with orange switches. It's not wireless but I don't understand why a gaming keyboard needs to be wireless, it's not like it's going to be used on a bus lol.

My biggest problem with this compact ROG keyboard was the price. Now it's at its lowest ever on Amazon, I'm back to singing its praises | PC Gamer
November 26, 2025 - Once considered to be the best low-profile gaming keyboard by us (superceded by a Hall effect), thanks to great switches, super solid build quality, and great media controls, this is a great board, only really let down by its usually high price. With a big discount, this becomes a more attractive package. Key specs: Tenkeyless | Wireless | Low profile mechanical switches
