Which mower for 1 acre?

Help! I just bought a house with about an acre to mow. I want a zero turn. From my research, I don’t need a large deck (thinking 42”-48”?), Fabricated is better, look for a Kawasaki engine and make sure transmission is serviceable rather than enclosed.
Nothing lets me do those filters. I am a single mom. I have no need for a heavy duty lawn mower, but I want it to last. I want easy cleaning and maintenance. Mulching kit, bagging and tow kit availability. I’d like arm rests and headlights. Compartment for phone and cup holder would be nice, but not necessary. I’m willing to spend extra on quality. My lawn is not hilly and the only obstacles are my kids swing-set, trampoline and some perimeter trees. I am sick of googling lawnmowers and am looking for recommendations on best value for quality residential zero turn.
I’ve read toro, cub cadet don’t last, seems John Deere is losing its appeal according to reviews. Scag, hustler, bad boy and husqvarna seem to be consistently supported by redditors, but again I only have an acre. Are those brands overkill? Also, I live in northeast US so it will only be used 5-6 months out of year.
Is there a small zero turn anyone would recommend between $3-$5k based on the above? Also open to anyone who has experience to change my above summary because this is all based on reviews from people I don’t know and I have zero actual experience 😆
