Had a look at amazon and came across these brands : Otterbox, Encased, Spigen, Rhinoshield, Supcase, Dexnor, Speck,
What are everyone's recommendations ?
Previously used Encased Rebel Case for my S10.
So after going with a nice looking and thin case from AliExpress for most of the time with this phone, I broke both my display and rear glass.
Now that I got it fixed, what would you suggest as a good protective case for this phone that will protect it the most while also not being too bulky and ugly?
All I found were either ugly or thin and don't look like they will protect the device properly, so I'd appreciate any suggestion.

I was originally looking at the minimalist translucent TORRAS one, but I've heard it's super slippery and does not offer a lot of protection. My second option would've been the Speck one, but I've heard they redesigned their formula and the "grip" is plastic now instead of rubber. Any other suggestions?
i figured you guys might be able to help i just ordered the S21 Ultra and got an S pen with it. i normally pick up either Pelican or Otterbox cases because i work in a warehouse and need something durable but neither have an offering for a holder for the S pen. i saw the ones on the Samsung site but i don't know the quality when compared. thank you in advance!
I want something that will really protect my phone. I would prefer to have a screen protector aswell.
So I bought a cheap Caseology case for my S21 Ultra ok Amazon and I'm not sure i like it. My old Note 10 has an Ottberbox Symmetry case on it. I wanted to get the same case for my S21 Ultra but sadly they don't have the same royal blue color anymore. Anyone have any good suggestions for cases that will be the same level of protection as my old Otterbox Symmetry case. Btw I dont like bulky cases.
Would like to see where everyone is going on cases and why if possible. I didn't think of it before but isn't there a real issue of the camera lens getting destroyed if dropped at the wrong angle? Has anyone owned the S20 and if so, did you have any issues with how well protected /not protected the cameras are?
I'm waiting on a few more from Amazon but this one has arrived.
getting the s21u official leather case to see how that is but also prolly getting the uag monarch
edit: just in case u were also wondering, the screen protector I'm planning to get is the amfilm UV gel tempered glass screen protector, heard good thing abt it
I'm in need of a new case for my S21 Ultra, the one I got from AliExpress gave up on me. I was thinking about buying a good case this time, instead of the cheap throwaway cases. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Hi, I want to buy the protective case from Samsung for my S21, but before I do, does it protect the best or are there cases that are better at protecting my phone?
Try any of these...
Spigen, caseology, ringke, speck, otterbox, uag, iblason, supcase, encased, rhinoshield, survivor, lifeproof.
Cases will cost around 10-50 Β£/$.
Here to plug Spigen. Three phones and cases later, I'm impressed. Not huge, protective and with a kickstand.
Just bought my s21 ultra . Getting it delivered on Saturday . Can anyone tell me what kind of cases you're using ? I m looking for something like lew latercase.. Thanks in advance
I ordered 7 (Torras, Otterbox, and Spigen) and ultimately decided on the Spigen Ultra Hybrid Crystal because it feels great in the hand, has clicky buttons, shows off the metal back nicely, and just looks good. I also tried both of the more compact otterbox cases (too bulky and felt rough) and 4 other spigen ones (didn't like any of them despite owning the Spigen Neo Hybrid for my last 3 phones. I did think their Tough Armor line has made significant improvements with this generation, but I still didn't love it. Good luck with your search!
I've been going between the Spigen rugged armour and the tough armour. The tough is great and makes the phone feel safe from a fall but to me feels very bulky in hand. Sticking with the spigen rugged armour myself, nice and slim with good protection and grip.
I know it's a little early to be deciding as there aren't a lot of options out yet. But I was wondering what case everyone is planning on getting? And if anyone has a recommendation for what I'm looking for.
I've got a lifeproof fre case on my current phone right now and it'd be great except the clear back shows a ton of scratches and dust that gets in behind it over time. Which is weird as I never take the case off and they claim it's dustproof.
My dream case would be dust proof, with a flap for the charge port. Good drop protection/bumper design and supports/allows wireless charging. If I could store one credit card sized card on it for my work id that would be amazing, we use rfid to get in and out of the plant. I'd prefer it to not be clear plastic as I work in a pretty abrasive environment and clear or shiny materials show wear really fast.
I've been looking at armor-x but I'm not sure it'll allow wireless charging with the port on the back. Lifeproof only has clear options with charge port protection. Otterboxes always fall apart on me really fast, the inner rubber seems too soft. The armadillotek seems like an interesting option i might opt for that for now.
I guess I'm just hoping someone has seen something I've missed so far. Thanks guys!
Just ordered my S21 Ultra and before it arrives I wanted to order a couple of cases. I normally always use Spigen and can see that they have a few new variants out. Can anyone recommend any other cases and or how the new Spigen ones are looking. Thank you
I'm tired of "ultra thin" phone cases that claim to offer drop protection. I got the Otterbox Defender Pro for my brand new Samsung S21 Ultra on November 26th with an Otterbox case but a couple days ago, I dropped my phone from hip height onto the road and, I think, it impacted corner first and destroyed the screen. Now I'm having to pay for a new screen but before that, I want a THICK phone case, though one with extra protection for the corners of a phone will do. However, I'm finding it impossible to find any case that advertises itself as thick. The obsession is all about thin, but thin doesn't equal better or even equal protection to a proper padded phone case. So if anyone knows what is the thickest S21 Ultra compatible phone case is, please name it for me. Price doesn't matter, the pricer, presumably, the better protection it provides. Other than those made by Intrinsically Safe, which are overpriced.
Hi, I just upgraded from my old S10+ to an S21 Ultra and I'm looking for a good plastic case (just like the official S10+ clear cover from Samsung). Unfortunately as far as I know, Samsung doesn't make those plastic cases anymore and instead they make silicone ones (I temporarily bought Clear Cover for my S21 Ultra). This silicone case is kinda bad. The most annoying thing about this case is that it's kinda sticky (?) in a way that it's good for a better grip but it also attracts every little speck of dust or dirt so on the end of the day your phone feels like it's just dirty.
So TL;DR: I don't like the new official Clear Cover because it's made from silicone and not plastic so I'm looking for a good unofficial plastic case.
I just bought a Samsung s21 and now I'm shopping around for cases. My last phone was a galaxy s8+, I have always been an otherbox customer but had some real issues when it came to the otter box brand on my s8+. For starters I first had the defender case and a tempered glass screen protector, on the 2nd day the class came off because the case pushed it up this was probably aided by the new curved edge screen design Samsung was implementing. I later on moved to the commuter otter box case which was nice but didn't protect my screen from cracking when dropped over the next few years.
What I'm booking for in a case for my s 21 ultra is good protection from drops, something sturdy like the defender series from otter box. Also a case that doesn't render my screen protector useless or peel it up or create air bubbles underneath.
I purchased the Spigen Tough Armor off Ebay and its great, its a two piece set but it has bumpers and the front has a lip that should somewhat protect the screen on flat surfaces. Maybe if you add a glass screen protector, it could be good enough.. Personally, I don't like them too much (glass screen protectors) but have kept the one set from the factory (non-glass one). I'm currently using the S View case with S-Pen for my Ultra and thinking on getting a Spigen with an S Pen slot to be able to change and carry my spen too.
