Best small credit card size photo printer?
"Sprocket Studio" is much better than a standard Sprocket. Look into that unless size is an issue.
Otherwise anything that uses film will probably have better quality but a worse user experience. Sprockets have a really good app.
Anything else that uses Zink will give worse quality and worse app experience.

Hello,
Every 2-3 months I have to print a couple of documents and it is getting tiring to run to the print shop. I am looking for a small basic printer, what would you suggest? Some friends suggested HP, but I have heard HP is pretty strick with non-genuine ink.
Hello :)
Can you help me choose printer for everyday use where printer itself will print good quality photos?

I searched all internet and I cannot choose good printer to ~ 1000 zł (it would be 300 $ or 250 euro).
I don't want printers from HP because of shitty politics where I must have internet to use printer (which in Poland isn't everytime). I looked for brothers but they can't print good quality photos.
I looked at Canon Pixma G640 and Maxify GX3040 and I can't understand why "more consument" printer can handle paper with more gramature weight.
I also looked at Epson printers but at this moment I have Epson L6160 which after 3 years have damaged head and even when printing normall documents they are not good quality (I have it cleaned many times with chemicals but without success).
Maybe some of you have better idea?
All of the threads related to this topic are several years old, so asking again to find current recommendations.
I have a small user base that travels around the state and finds and records old documents. They carry a laptop and a printer. In the process of getting them prepared for a hardware refresh, I’m looking for recommendations for the smallest, and most durable MFP that I can find without having to purchase a bunch of test printers and putting them through a testing procedure.
My needs are:
Durable (These folks are rough on equipment. I’d like them to last more than a month or two.)
As small as possible
Print and Scan (I don’t need them to fax)
B&W and Color
Flat bed scanner surface for scanning pages of books (Not a feed type scanner)
It would be nice if the printer and laptop could be carried in a common carry bag.
Did I mention Durable?
If you have experience with a machine that fits my required spec’s, I’d appreciate a shove in the right direction.
I don’t think durable fits into the whole printer category any longer as they are made to be disposable.
