HWInfo. If you want to do that while gaming, you can use Nvidia, or Steams overlay which would be installed by default. Armoury Crate has it's own overlay but I don't like it. MSI Afterburner works on any computer and is the usual go to for in-game monitoring of temps and other stuff like FPS, usage, etc.
