I have a lot of constant neck pain from weight lifting and working long hours.
It's being worked on with the fysio. However, what are some good lounge chairs that sit amazing?

So you can really relax at night, while it's not bed time yet. Just to watch TV or read a book.
Especially support on the neck would be amazing

I'm having some significant back issues and, as a result, I can't sit in my current chair more than 45 minutes to an hour without problems.

It's currently an old office chair which I switched to from my gaming chair, the latter of which was causing me pain as well.

As much as I'd like a cockpit, there's no room for it presently. I'm thinking a high quality office chair might be the ticket.

Any pilots out there with back issues that have found a good chair that alleviates all or some of their issues? Budget is open per the wife, but I'd like to keep it under $800.

Also, open to alternatives in their arrangement that people have found helps them.

PS: I'm aware it may be a chair/desk/posture combination issue that aggravates my condition. Trying to figure it out, but the chair seems to be the main culprit.
