Best portfolio website builders?
Yes, but they offer an option of $12/month (paid annually) option that gets you Adobe Lightroom and Lightroom Classic and Adobe Photoshop, Adobe portfolio, and a bunch of other programs like creative express (which is like their version of canvas). This is a great option if you don’t need access to their other programs.
It would be about the same price as a year other porfolio builders like Squarespace or Wix. I have two Squarespace websites and and I’m seriously thinking about deleting them for an Adobe portfolio website to save money.

What Is a Website Builder?
A website builder is a service that lets you create a website, typically using software featuring a simple, drag-and-drop interface for positioning text, images, and videos. But why would you need one? On a personal level, you wouldn't want to send prospective employers to your Facebook page, so a website makes more sense as an online, customized resume. On a business level, you can quickly spin up a site to focus on sales. Another reason worth considering, for both personal and business purposes, is that building your own site means endless design choices. You have total control over the products and services you sell (and how they're delivered, too).
Furthermore, having a dedicated, real site makes a business appear more authoritative and trustworthy than a Facebook presence can on its own (though you should also consider those services as part of your online presence). It's as much an opening ante in the business world as having a business card for your company.

I'm looking for a platform that I can build a website on. Preferably I don't want to use coding- rather, a platform that will let me easily build a website.
Being able to build an INTERACTIVE website is very important to me (simple things like if you click on something it takes you to another part of the website, or brings up a pop-up, etc)
