I've gone through microphone hell. I've tried the Movo VXR10, an amazon lav mic, Senheiser MXE 400, Senheiser MKE 600, and Rode Wireless Go II. Get the Wireless Go II, it's pricey, but WORTH IT!!! I've had about 5 videos ruined by poor mic performance.

Will you be by yourself or with another person operating the camera? I think the DJI Mic Mini would work well for interviews. You'll want the kit with 2 mics and the receiver. The standard kit only comes with a USB C connection so you'll need to get the lightning connection for the iPhone 14 also. All the examples I've seen on YouTube of the Bluetooth audio direct into an iPhone sound bad so definitely use the DJI receiver. For interviews you can get a handheld stick to attach one of the mics onto. In a studio environment you might need more camera and lighting gear, depending on the look you're going for.
